3rd Justice U.P. Singh Memorial CNLU-CCI National Moot Court Competition was organized in collaboration with the Competition Commission of India (CCI) and Economic Laws Practice (ELP). Nishith Desai Associates served as the internship collaborator, while the Centre for Competition Law and Economics (CCLE) was the research collaborator. With the involvement of these prestigious organizations, CARCIL-CNLU aimed to provide students with a realistic experience of Antitrust Law. To ensure maximum inclusivity and create a truly national competition without compromising the high-stakes nature of on-campus mooting, the event was held in a hybrid format. The inaugural ceremony, along with the preliminary and quarter-final rounds, took place virtually on March 22nd and 23rd, 2024. The semi-final and final rounds were conducted on April 6th, 2024. on the campus of Chanakya National Law University, Patna.

ABOUT THE ORAL ROUNDS
Preliminary Rounds, Quarter Finals, Semi Finals, and Final Rounds were the four phases of the Oral Rounds. Following the Preliminary Round, the top eight speaking teams advanced to the Quarter Final Rounds. The competition became knockout-style after this Round, with the best team from each round qualifying for the following round.
