The 4th Edition of the Justice U.P. Singh, CARCIL-CNLU National Moot Court Competition 2025 was held from March 22nd to April 5th, 2025. Organized by Chanakya National Law University (CNLU), Patna, this prestigious event attracted law students from across the country, giving them the opportunity to explore the intricate dynamics of Antitrust Law, particularly the challenges posed by online real money games.
This year’s competition not only honored the legacy of Justice U.P. Singh, a distinguished jurist renowned for his contributions to Indian law, but also addressed a contemporary issue that has garnered widespread legal attention in recent years: the regulation and antitrust concerns surrounding online real money gaming platforms.
WINNERS
The Finals were a tightly contested event between Jindal Global Law School and National Law University Odisha, with Jindal Global Law School emerging as the winners of the competition, while NLU Odisha were the runners-up.
The competition also recognized individual excellence in various categories:

- Best Researcher: MNLU Mumbai
- Best Memorial: RMLNLU Lucknow
