The CARCIL Journal of Business and Corporate Laws (“Journal”) is an upcoming publication by the Centre for Advanced Research in Corporate and Insolvency Laws (CARCIL) at Chanakya National Law University, Patna.

This Journal is being developed as a platform for students, researchers, and legal professionals to explore and share their views on important issues related to business, corporate, and insolvency laws. It aims to cover a wide range of topics such as company law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, securities regulation, and insolvency frameworks.

The goal of this Journal is to encourage fresh ideas, promote practical discussions, and support legal reform through well-reasoned research and analysis. It will welcome articles, case comments, and opinion pieces that are accessible, insightful, and relevant to the legal and business world.
